Understanding the Puck's Perspective

Postby MindTheNet on Sun Jul 04, 2010 12:58 am

"Understanding the Puck's Perspective" is a continuation of the information we are trying to convey with "The Size Myth and the Three Sightlines of Goaltending". We strongly believe that goalies, scouts and coaches can benefit greatly from understanding the puck's perspective. Our goal is to help goalies of all sizes to become elite hockey players based on their abilities not their height.

Check out the video here: http://mtngoaltending.wordpress.com/2010/07/04/understanding-the-pucks-perspective/

This video includes our first attempt at the use of voice over. Please be patient about the sound (despite about 15 tries to get everything right) as it may get reworked at a later date..

That was really a great video. I've never thought of it that way. Just watching those goalies in the video, I can now visualize myself and see where I need to shore up positionally. Thanks for posting, that really was worth my time!
