Hello All and Welcome:

I would like to thank all members of the old G-E-W for coming back and any new members its great to see you. This upgrade was been quite a large undertaking. We decided to go fresh with everything because we are working on a totally new ideas. The old G-E-W was great for its time but it really needed to be redone. The only issue is that we switched from a Windows Server to Linux which made it pretty much impossible to migrate over the date from the old site.

BASIC RULES:
- This board is for ALL Hockey goalies (ICE / ROLLER BALL/ETC), entheusiasts, fans and parents please have fun and respect each other and the rules.
- Spamming the board is not allowed. you will be banned.
- Abuse of a member or posting comments that are deemed in inappropriate will get you banned.

SOME NEW FEATURES:
- Goalie stats tracker.
- Main Summary Page.
- New Categorized forums.
- Upload Avatars, Photos etc.
- Link video from You Tube and Google Video
- Low Cost Advertising Spaces

PROBLEMS:
1.) If you have questions on how to use the board check the FAQ link in the upper right.
2.) If there are technical problems with the G-E-W report them in the SUGGESTIONS AND BUGS Form.
3.) If you have any Suggestions please post them in SUGGESTIONS AND BUGS
4.) If you have any problems other please report them to me though a PM or Email.

Board looks great. Will prob. take another month to get everything back to where it was.

Just don't like the limit of the avatars at 6k . How do you even make an avatar that low in good quality. I tried, and it didn't turn out so good. Any suggestions??

On the main page, click on the header to get there. You will see in the middle. POPULAR TOPICS, RECENT TOPICS and some others.

Maybe switch up the "red" scheme for a back->gray fade scheme, since the red clashes with everything else in the template. The green lettering in the logo also clashes with everything around it. And maybe continuing the overall_header.php backround to go behind the "quick links" and the "advertisements" so it flows well.

Functionality wise, I'll be playing around a bit to find anything that needs to be addressed.

Thought i'd bring up an issue I have w/ the board. Its minor, but ugly to look at all the time when you would visit. So it's just a request...

The top banner (where it says Goalie Equipment World) is ugly... And the alignment is crazy.

Just in a few minutes I made this...

I like the graphic on the header, but I agree that the background graphic could be spread across the entire page.
